The Happy Kraken presents a new season of our survival multiplayer server to explore. This server revamps the features from the previous season to create a system enjoyable by everyone. It features the extended economy functionality of last season alongside a new world and brand new faction system. Build, design, create, and explore new worlds in the expansive 1.21.8 update.

¶ Key Features
Many key features have gone into this iteration of the Forager server, and listed here are just a few. These features aim to improve the overall player experience while retaining the Vanilla Minecraft feel.
¶ Crossplatform
This highly requested feature allows Bedrock players to join the Java Edition server. Through the use of software and magic, The Happy Kraken is happy to provide this opportunity to the Bedrock community. This feature is ready for use, but full functionality on all devices has not been tested. Work with our admin team to get connected and report any issues.
¶ Extended Economy Functionality: Shops Galore!
Gone are the days of wondering what someone is selling or if your shop is out of stock. The Forager SMP's shop system allows players to create custom shops linked directly to their in-game bank account. Buy and sell with other players to generate income to enhance your building efficiency. Sell excess items to others and buy items you don't have access to.
¶ A Brand New World
A new world is available to explore. In this world, players can create structures, bases, machines, or anything else imaginable. This world will last for the duration of the server, so there are no holds on what should be built. Claim land through the use of claim tokens purchased with in-game currency. Land claims allow players to control who can access their area and protect against griefing, theft, or accidental destruction by others.
¶ Factions
This season of the Forager SMP brings a brand new dynamic into play: Factions. Join a faction of your choice and work together to win monthly competitions, in-game currency, and glory for your chosen side. Imperium Villagerium is a Roman-themed faction boasting the colors red, gold, and silver. Their divine Emperor - a villager mob - is sacrosanct, and each victory is in his honor. Against them stands the linguistically economical Minecraft Faction A. They are a faction, and they have the letter "A". Each faction has a faction-specific chat available on Discord. To join a faction, simply ask to be added to your chosen side through the Discord channel. Which side will you choose?
